These instructions will ensure we have everything required so your paper can move through peer review and publication smoothly. Please take the time to read and follow them as closely as possible, as doing so will ensure your paper matches the journal¡¯s requirements. There are no submission fees or page charges for this journal.

Style notes
It helps us greatly if your manuscript confirms APA style, particularly in the layout of references. These give us the most problems in copy editing. You can find information on APA style at: http://www.apastyle.org/index.aspx.
Submissions that do not conform the APA style will be returned for revisions before being considered further.

Please include¡­
a) Biography. Please include all authors¡¯ full names, affiliations, postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses on the title page. One author will need to be identified as the corresponding author.
b) Abstract. A non-structured abstract of no more than 250 words.
c) Keywords. 3 to 6 keywords.
d) Funding details. Please supply all details required by your funding and grant-awarding bodies as follows:
For single agency grants: This work was supported by the [Funding Agency] under Grant [number xxxx].
For multiple agency grants: This work was supported by the [Funding Agency 1]; under Grant [number xxxx]; [Funding Agency 2] under Grant [number xxxx]; and [Funding Agency 3] under Grant [number xxxx].
e) Disclosure statement. This is to acknowledge any financial interest or benefit that has arisen from the direct applications of your research.
f) Figures. Figures should be high quality (1200 dpi for line art, 600 dpi for grayscale and 300 dpi for color, at the correct size).
g) Tables. Tables should present new information rather than duplicating what is in the text. Readers should be able to interpret the table without reference to the text. Word limits
A typical article for this journal should be more than 6000 and no more than 10000 words which includes tables, figure captions, endnotes and appendices, but does not include references.

Submitting Online

If you haven¡¯t submitted a paper to GLL before, you will need to create an account in the submission centre. You will be asked to provide the necessary details about yourself and your submission and then upload the file containing you work. Papers may be submitted in any standard format, including Word and Pdf. You can review it (indeed you must review your work) before final submission.

Originality and copyright
When you submit a paper to us it is a condition that your contribution is original and that is has neither been published previously nor is currently being considered for publication elsewhere. You are asked to confirm this when you make the submission.

Peer Review Policy
All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
On publication, you will be able to view, download and check your article on the GLL website, so you can quickly and easily share your work with friends and colleagues.

Please note that this journal only publishes manuscripts in English. If English is not your first language, to minimize risk of immediate rejection it will be important to enlist the help of a native English speaker to edit the piece, to correct grammar and ensure that idioms and spelling are correct. This makes it easier for the reviewers to give full justice to your work.
